  • 2 cups cooked teriyaki-glazed chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed crisp vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • to taste Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded teriyaki chicken and teriyaki sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Place a portion of the teriyaki chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  • Add a handful of mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with cilantro or green onions.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go lunches.

Notes

These wraps can be served warm or cold. For a complete meal, pair them with a side of fruit, chips, or a simple salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best taste, keep filling and wraps separate. Wrap filling can be frozen for future use.
