Pizza Base

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup roasted garlic Use store-bought or homemade for convenience.
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Spread the roasted garlic evenly on the pizza crust.
  • Layer the fresh spinach over the garlic.
  • Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese on top of the spinach.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the ricotta.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal. Drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
