  • 3 cups strawberries Fresh and ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 2 cups heavy cream Make sure it is very cold before whipping.

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the strawberries.
  • In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry puree and sweetened condensed milk.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  • Scoop and enjoy your no churn strawberry ice cream!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, but best consumed within the first week for optimum flavor and texture. You can serve it in bowls or cones and top with fresh strawberries or chocolate sauce. For variations, try adding other fruits or crushed cookies.
