  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

To get the best flavor, make sure to season the chicken breasts well before cooking. If you love extra sauce, you can double the amount of heavy cream and chicken broth. Don’t skip the fresh parsley; it adds a fresh touch to the dish. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on low heat, adding a splash of chicken broth or cream if needed.
