  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded Make sure the chicken is fully cooked and shredded for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps You can use spinach or cauliflower wraps if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Use as a garnish if desired.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the low-carb tortillas. Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.

Cooking

  • Place the wraps seam side down in the preheated skillet. Cook each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the types of cheese or add your favorite vegetables for extra flavor. You can also swap the chicken for cooked turkey or roasted vegetables for a vegetarian option. Try adding a spread like guacamole for extra creaminess.
