  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the Fruity Pebbles gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure ingredients are at room temperature. Do not overmix the batter to maintain a light and fluffy texture. Consider adding a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk for extra sweetness.
