  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full fat or 2% Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter Can swap for almond or cashew butter for variation.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Add more for a sweeter taste if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Extra for topping if desired.
  • 1 pinch salt Optional, enhances flavor.

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt if using, ensuring even distribution.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
  • Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage.

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Use parchment paper between layers if stacking.
