  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 pound roast beef, sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup au jus For dipping

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Layer slices of roast beef and provolone cheese on top of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the meat and cheese.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Serve on a large platter for sharing with warm au jus on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh herbs or pair with a salad for a full meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, use an oven or microwave.
