  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to your spice preference.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Use any type you prefer.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Also great for dipping.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Lay the tortillas flat and spread a layer of ranch dressing on each.
  • Top with the buffalo chicken mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Pair with extra ranch or buffalo sauce for dipping, and optional side of celery or carrot sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
