Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
  • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, place 2-3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center, and fold the wrapper according to package instructions.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the egg rolls until crispy and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Notes
