  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded Rotisserie chicken works well for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Choose your favorite type.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese You can use lower-fat or dairy-free cheese if preferred.
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced Can be adjusted to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped Adds freshness.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing the flatbreads.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

Assembly

  • Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
