Ingredients
  

Chicken Skewers

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 pieces wooden skewers, soaked in water Soak for at least 30 minutes

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers.

Cooking

  • Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Brush the sauce over the grilled chicken skewers and serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.

Notes

These skewers are great for parties, so feel free to make a large batch! For a healthier version, you can use grilled shrimp instead of chicken. Adjust the level of sriracha in the sauce to suit your spice preference.
