Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Experiment with different types of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced Can substitute with chopped jalapeños or relish.
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Cooking spray For greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add crumbled bacon, pickles, onions, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a scoop of the beef mixture and shredded cheese in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal tightly.
  • Place the filled biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve these Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs warm, paired with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.

Notes

Make sure to seal the biscuits tightly around the filling to prevent them from opening while baking. You can prepare them in advance and refrigerate before baking.
