Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large baking dish, layer the chopped zucchini.
  • Pour the pizza sauce over the zucchini, then top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze portions for up to 2 months. For added flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs like basil or oregano on top before serving.
