  • 1/2 cup Candied walnuts For a crunch; can substitute with toasted walnuts or pecans.

Vinaigrette

  • 3 tablespoons Honey For sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Adds tang.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For a rich mouthfeel.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine peppery greens, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and candied walnuts.

Making the Vinaigrette

  • In a small jar or bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
