Ingredients
  

  • 4 –5 cups seedless watermelon chilled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 4 –6 mint leaves
  • Optional: 2–3 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry juice

Instructions
 

  • Add cubed watermelon to a blender.
  • Pour in lime juice and toss in mint leaves.
  • Add optional orange or cranberry juice for extra flavor.
  • Blend until smooth and vibrant.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
