fresh or frozen

pineapple juice

coconut milk or cream of coconut

ice cubes
omit if using frozen pineapple
Optional: 1 tablespoon coconut cream
for extra creaminess
Optional garnish: pineapple wedge
maraschino cherry, toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
Add pineapple juice and coconut milk to the blender.
Add pineapple chunks, then ice cubes.
Blend on low to break up the ice, then increase to high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess if needed.
Pour into chilled glasses, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen pineapple for a slushier texture and to skip adding ice.
Add a splash of grenadine after blending for a “sunrise” effect.
Store blended mix (without ice) in the fridge for up to 24 hours, then re-blend with ice before serving.
