Ingredients
  

For the arugula sandwich

  • 40 g arugula
  • 40 g shelled walnuts Chopped
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Roquefort cheese
  • 50 g liquid cream
  • 4 slices crustless sandwich bread

For the ham sandwich

  • 200 g cooked ham Chopped
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • to taste pepper

For the tuna mixture

  • 2 cans tuna in oil (90 g each) Drained
  • 1 small can corn (150 g) Drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
 

Preparation of Arugula Sandwich

  • Chop the walnuts and the arugula.
  • Add the cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, and liquid cream, then mix until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture on crustless bread in a triangle shape.

Preparation of Ham Sandwich

  • Chop the cooked ham and mix it with the cream cheese and pepper.
  • Spread the ham mixture on the bread and cut into triangles.

Preparation of Tuna Mixture

  • Drain the tuna and corn and mix them with the mayonnaise.
  • Spread the tuna mixture on the bread or serve it as a filling.
