  • 2 avocados diced avocados

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.

Assembly

  • In a separate bowl, combine cooked rice, diced avocados, and cilantro, seasoning with salt and pepper.
