  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: diced onions, cucumbers, or jalapeños for extra flavor

Cooking the Turkey

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey breast until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Preparing the Lettuce

  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, choosing large, sturdy leaves like romaine or butter lettuce. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) on each lettuce leaf. Add sliced turkey breast on top.
  • Layer on slices of avocado and diced tomatoes. Add optional garnishes like diced onions, cucumbers, or jalapeños for extra crunch.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the veggies if desired.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling and roll it up tightly. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
