Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works perfectly)1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened½ cup buffalo wing sauce½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing for tang)1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions
 

Add shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese to your slow cooker. Stir to combine evenly.Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until the mixture is smooth and melted.Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese on top. Cover again for 10 minutes to melt.Garnish with green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips, celery, or baguette slices.
