  • 1 lb Juicy ground beef Cooked until browned
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Thai basil Chopped
  • 12 sheets Rice paper Soaked in warm water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Thai basil. Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors blend.
  • Soften rice paper in warm water, then lay it flat.
  • Place a small amount of the beef mixture onto the rice paper and roll it tightly.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or with a dipping sauce, like sweet chili sauce or peanut sauce.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can last for up to three days. Make sure to cook the beef thoroughly before adding the sauces and herbs. For a vegetarian option, replace ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or tofu. You can also add shredded carrots or cucumber for extra crunch.
