  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced zucchinis and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh with grilled chicken, fish, or rice bowls. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
