  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Ensure the chicken is well shredded for easy filling.
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce Use extra for dipping if desired.

For the wraps

  • 4 large tortillas Flour, whole wheat, or corn tortillas work well.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded Can substitute with other leafy greens.
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced Use multiple colors for a vibrant look.
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated Adds a nice crunch.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced Add more for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 avocado, sliced Fresh avocado adds creaminess.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to personal preference.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and sweet chili sauce.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, bell peppers, carrots, green onions, and avocado.
  • Add a portion of the sweet chili chicken mixture on top.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve with extra sweet chili sauce if desired.

Notes

Wraps are best served fresh. For leftovers, wrap in plastic or store in an airtight container, but consume within 2 days for optimal texture. Warm tortillas for easier rolling.
