Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional) Adjust sweetness based on fruit ripeness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced kiwi, and sliced strawberries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, poppy seeds, and honey (if using).
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

Notes
