  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easier blending.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.

Coating

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melt for coating the truffles.
  • Sprinkles, for decoration Use festive sprinkles for a colorful touch.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed sugar cookies, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.

Coating

  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  • Place truffles back on the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
  • Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes
