  • 2 cups roasted corn (fresh or canned)

Dressing

  • 1 cup queso fresco cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Dressing
