Preparation

  • Start by adding the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut milk (or vanilla ice cream) to a blender.
  • Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl or a piping bag.
  • If using a piping bag, pipe the Dole Whip into serving cups or bowls, creating a soft-serve shape.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries on top.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving. You can use other frozen fruits like mango or raspberry for different flavors.
