Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 packets natural no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup light whipped topping, thawed
  • 3/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 (½ sheet) graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 ½ tbsp mini or chopped semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Fold in thawed whipped topping gently to maintain airiness.
  • Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips.
  • Freeze 3 hours until firm.
  • Remove, slice into 4 pieces, and store in freezer.

Notes

Use reduced-fat whipped cream cheese for lower calories
Substitute regular Greek yogurt for richer texture
Store unused pieces in an airtight container in the freezer
Chop extra strawberries and freeze as garnish
