Ensure strawberries are fresh.
Instructions
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can be frozen for up to three months.
