  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust quantity for desired sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For cooking
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil; pour over the chicken in the skillet.
  • Toss to coat the chicken in the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine everything.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until heated through. For variations, feel free to replace chicken with tofu or add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
