Ingredients
  

For the chicken marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper Use according to preference.

Wrap ingredients

  • 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts Use leftover grilled chicken to save time.
  • 1 piece avocado, sliced Add fresh just before serving.
  • 4 large tortillas Use preferred tortilla type.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional) Optional for serving.
  • to taste Sour cream or salsa (optional for serving)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the grilled chicken breasts in the spice mixture until coated.
  • Lay out the tortillas and place slices of avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and the spiced chicken in the center.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.

Assembly

  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to create wraps.
  • Serve with sour cream or salsa on the side.

Notes

These wraps can be served warm or cold. They make a great single serving for lunch or dinner. Enjoy them with a side of chips or a light salad for a complete meal. If you have leftovers, wrap them tightly or store in an airtight container in the fridge. Best eaten within a day or two.
