  • 8 oz Spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 4 rolls Crusty bread rolls Choose ciabatta or baguette.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Mozzarella or your choice.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Filling

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Assembling the Bread Bowls

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Hollow out the crusty bread rolls.
  • Fill each bread roll with the garlic spaghetti mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Place stuffed bread rolls on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use crusty bread rolls that can hold the filling well. Customize the stuffed mixture with your favorite vegetables or proteins. Garnishing with fresh parsley adds color and flavor.
