Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas (6-8 inch)
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp vegetarian/turkey bacon bits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place tortillas in skillet to warm.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over each tortilla.
  • Divide ground chicken evenly, flattening to form 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
  • Cook 2-3 minutes per side until chicken is golden and tortillas are crispy.
  • Top with romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and vegetarian bacon bits.
  • Warm briefly to melt cheese, then serve.

Notes

Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
Freshly grated parmesan improves texture and flavor.
Adjust dressing quantity to taste.
For a halal version, use plant-based bacon.
