Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bang bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Combine salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Season chicken thighs on both sides.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil and let heat until shimmering.
  • Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-6 minutes per side until golden. Remove.
  • Add bang bang sauce to the skillet. Return chicken thighs to the pan and simmer 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use halal-certified chicken thighs.
Adjust sauce heat level by adding chili flakes or honey.
Serve with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
