  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Make sure the shrimp are cooked properly.
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Can be substituted with a mix of paprika, celery salt, and black pepper.

Biscuit Base

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Follow package instructions for baking.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella) Sprinkle on top before baking.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix together shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut them into halves or use them whole.
  • Place a scoop of the shrimp and crab mixture onto each biscuit piece.

Baking

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results. Feel free to customize the filling with other spices or herbs.
