Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (or to taste)

Vegetables and Seasoning

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Noodles

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Cooking Beef and Vegetables

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  • Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetables used. For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with tofu or tempeh. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste. Serve hot and consider adding extra garnishes like sesame seeds.
