  • 1 cup 1 cup honey Use high-quality honey for the best flavor
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Additional sprinkle for serving
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and honey until well blended.
  • Add the heavy cream, sea salt, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggles in the center.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature before serving.

Notes

Serve at room temperature, with a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Pairs well with tea or coffee. To store, cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for longer storage.
