Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Chop into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Iceberg lettuce, chopped Chop into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium Red onion, sliced Can adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini, chopped
  • 6 medium Radishes, sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Bacon bits

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop the Romaine and Iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions, chopped pepperoncini, sliced radishes, and diced cucumber to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and bacon bits on top of the salad.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

Combine

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Keep the dressing separate until serving to prevent sogginess. Salad can last about 2 days in the fridge.
