  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Fresh and well-washed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill Finely chopped
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble on top

Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin recommended
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Preparation

  • Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  • Finely chop the fresh dill and green onions, then add them to the bowl.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top.

Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Serving

  • Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!

Notes
