Preparation and Roasting

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Slice the cabbage into thick steaks, about 1 inch thick.
  • Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each steak and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if desired.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the cabbage is tender.
