  • 1 package Frozen potstickers Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced Use a mix of colors for a vibrant dish.
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned

Flavorings and Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions until they're golden and heated through.
  • Add bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in soy sauce and toss everything together.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, straight from the skillet. Pair it with rice or noodles for a heartier meal. Try adding different vegetables based on what you have on hand, such as broccoli or zucchini.
