  • 8 pieces Potstickers (pre-cooked or frozen) Follow package instructions for cooking.
  • 200 grams Noodles (like udon or ramen) Boil according to package directions.
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and bok choy) Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Can substitute with tamari or coconut aminos for gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions (for garnish) Sliced.

Cooking the Potstickers

  • Cook the potstickers according to package instructions.

Preparing the Noodle Bowl

  • In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  • Boil the noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  • Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the pan, mixing well.

Serving

  • Serve the noodles topped with potstickers, sesame seeds, and green onions.

Notes

For the best presentation, serve in deep bowls or large plates. You can add a dash of extra soy sauce for flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
