  • 4 whole ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced Use ripe kiwis for optimal taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice adds a zesty kick.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) Adds freshness and a nice presentation.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple and sliced kiwis.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  • If desired, add honey to enhance sweetness.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Keep in mind the fruit may soften over time. Adding a sprinkle of shredded coconut can give it an extra tropical touch!
