  • 4 slices Burger buns

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Stir in ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
  • Drain any excess fat, then add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Place a portion of the mixture on each burger bun and top with provolone cheese.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
