  • 2 cups marinara sauce Use store-bought or homemade.

Cheese and Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Divided: 1.5 cups for mixture, 0.5 cups for topping.
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni Can be substituted with other toppings.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy! Pair with a simple salad or garlic bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, use homemade marinara sauce. You can mix in vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for added nutrition. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
