Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping

Seasonings and Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Take each biscuit dough piece and flatten it into a 3-inch circle.
  • In the center of each dough circle, place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 3 slices of pepperoni, and 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Place the bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush each pizza bomb with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to seal the edges tightly to keep the filling inside while baking. Feel free to experiment with different fillings! You can add veggies, different cheeses, or even cooked sausage. For extra flavor, mix some Italian seasoning into the pizza sauce before using.
