  • 0.33 cups creamy cashew butter Use almond, peanut, or sunflower seed butter.
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup Lakanto for sugar-free option.
  • 1-2 tsp protein powder Optional. Use plant-based collagen as substitute.
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract Optional for extra flavor.
  • 0.5 cups chocolate chips Add coconut oil to prevent burning.
  • 1 small banana slices Use ripe or frozen for creamier texture.
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free granola Substitute with mixed nuts, seeds, and coconut.

Instructions
 

Prepare Base Mixture

  • Line an 18x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth.
  • Spread mixture into a ¼ inch thick rectangle shape using a spatula.
  • Freeze for 1 hour to firm up before adding toppings.

Create Chocolate Swirls

  • Melt chocolate chips with ¼ tsp coconut oil.
  • Use a spoon to drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt base.
  • Gently swirl with a toothpick in a zig-zag pattern.
  • Freeze for 2 hours before adding remaining toppings.

Layer Final Toppings

  • Arrange banana slices on the chocolate-dipped yogurt.
  • Sprinkle granola or mixed nuts across the surface.
  • Freeze for an additional 1 hour minimum for firm cutting.
  • Cut with a sharp knife or break into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Use cold yogurt straight from refrigerator for smoother consistency. Add ½ tsp sea salt to balance chocolate sweetness. Chill knife in freezer between cuts for clean slices. Use a silicone spatula to spread mixture evenly. For gooey center bites, leave center thicker before freezing.
