Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  • Fold in the diced peaches.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool before serving, and enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream or with your morning coffee.

Notes

Ensure your butter is softened properly for a fluffy batter. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Don't overmix the batter once you add the dry ingredients. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
