Ingredients
  

For the Rolls

  • 8 ounces Feta cheese
  • 1 package Phyllo dough Keep covered while working to prevent drying out.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For drizzling before serving.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the feta cheese into sticks.
  • Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it with olive oil, and place another sheet on top.
  • Place a stick of feta at one end, sprinkle with chili flakes, and roll it tightly.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best taste. Can be paired with a fresh salad or served as finger food at parties. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until crispy.
